PURPOSE. SERVICE. OPPORTUNITY.
WHO WE ARE
“Warrior to Wildfire” is a veteran-owned company dedicated to equipping U.S. veterans from all branches with a new warrior skill set, facilitating their transition into fulfilling careers. Whether in civilian roles or with governmental agencies, we provide specialized training in Wildfire Suppression and Prescription Burning. Our mission is to help veterans find renewed purpose in continued service to their communities and in protecting our nation’s natural resources, ensuring they can keep serving our country in meaningful ways.
MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT
“There’s no better transition to civilian life than a career in wildfire management. The parallels to military training are striking: a deep sense of purpose, camaraderie, and service. Whether it’s fighting active wildfires or supporting logistics, finance, or mobilization, we equip veterans with the training they need to embark on a new career path that mirrors the values of the armed forces, offering fulfillment and continued dedication to service.”

WE CAN WORK WITH ALL DIVISIONS OF US ARMED FORCES
Our collaboration extends to veterans who have worked for any agency, not just those affiliated with specific organizations. We are dedicated to providing opportunities for veterans from diverse backgrounds to transition into careers in wildland firefighting. This inclusive approach ensures that all veterans, regardless of their previous agency experience, can find a meaningful and fulfilling role within this vital field. By leveraging their unique skills and experiences, we help them continue their service and contribute to protecting communities and natural resources.

WE CAN PROVIDE CAREER OPPORTUNITIES TO GOVERNMENT AND PRIVATE INDUSTRY, ALL IN THE WILDFIRE SPACE.
A career in wildland firefighting offers numerous opportunities beyond the role of a firefighter. Both governmental and private organizations require professionals in various fields such as logistics, transportation, finance, and administration. Additionally, there are roles available for wounded or disabled veterans, ensuring that a diverse range of skills and experiences can contribute to this vital field. Below are agencies or entities we have worked with and can work with to place Veterans after training.
